At GREAT + small Creature Club, all of our content is delivered digitally and becomes available to you immediately after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We know digital content can sometimes be fussy, so here’s how everything works:

Memberships & Subscriptions

Your membership gives you instant access to songs, stories, printables, lessons, and other creative resources. Because access begins right away:

Membership payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products — including printables, music, stories, and lesson materials — are delivered instantly. For this reason:

Digital product purchases are non-refundable.

If a file won’t download, won’t open, or something technical goes wrong, just reach out. We’re happy to help and will make sure you receive what you purchased.

Technical Issues

If you experience a glitch, error, or access problem:

• We will troubleshoot with you

• We will resend files if needed

• We will restore access if something breaks

We do not offer refunds, but we do make sure you get the content you paid for.
